Pazopanib (200mg) Tablets

Pazopanib is used in the treatment of kidney cancer and soft tissue sarcoma
In patients with cancer, a change in DNA (genetic material) triggers a signal which produces abnormal cancer cells
Pazopanib blocks this signal, and thus stops the production of these cancer cells

Common side effects:
Headache, Nausea, Pain, Breathing difficulty, Vomiting, Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Fatigue, Diarrhoea, Increased blood pressure, Decreased appetite, Weight loss, Altered taste, Tumor, Abnormal skin pigmentation, Hair discolouration
